Van De Graaff Generator Large 400KV

Description

This model is now IEC’s standard Large model Van De Graaff. Now with a 250mm diameter ball, this model now uses an insulation tube to protect the belt and the pulleys, belt and combs are accessible for inspection, cleaning or adjustment at both the top and bottom ends of the tube. The belt is made of a long lasting Silicone rubber and both performance and reliability is excellent. The whole instrument can easily be dismantled down to the components to reduce size for transport. The drive unit can easily be removed for return should repair ever be required thus reducing freight costs. Supplied with 1x spare motor drive belt and 1x spare charging belt.
